Kamon are centuries old Japanese symbols that were traditionally used within noble and samurai families like a family crest. You still see these stylized flower and plant shapes in modern-day architecture, on fabrics for kimono’s, lanterns, and on all kind of utensils. We let them pop up in our ‘Japonais’ collection.
